May Recital (May 22nd, 2027)
Every year, each dance class has the opportunity to perform a routine learned during weekly class and choreographed by their teacher. These routines are showcased in our recital at the end of May. Dancers will rehearse during their own class time.
The May Recital is not mandatory for dancers to participate in. Please notify the office by September 1st IN WRITING to let us know if your child is not participating in the recital so that you are not charged for costume and recital fees. If you are undecided, please let us know that as well. Please remember costumes are ordered in December. Costumes ordered late may incur an additional expedited service charge.
Gymnastics classes will not participate in the recital, but will have an open house in May during their own class time where family and friends are invited to see the skills students have learned over the year.
Winter Performance (December 11th & 12th, 2026)
Every winter, we rotate between performing the beloved ballet classic The Nutcracker and our own original production, Oh Holy Night.
At the end of July, we hold company auditions for dedicated dancers who take several classes per week. Dancers who take one class per week may still audition during our non-company auditions at the end of August.
Oh Holy Night
An original production incorporating live musicians, singers, actors, and dancers to showcase the story of one girl finding the meaning of Christmas. Featuring numerous dance styles such as ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip hop, folklorico, and lyrical. Open to ages 5 and up.
Auditions: Company auditions are held at the end of July. Non-company auditions are held at the end of August.
The Nutcracker
A classical ballet production following the story of a young girl encountering a magical land with her Nutcracker Prince. Open to ages 5 and up.
Auditions: Company auditions are held at the end of July. Non-company auditions are held at the end of August.
Competitive Teams
Students who are exceptionally dedicated to dance can audition to be a part of our competitive performing teams.These teams provide an opportunity for committed dancers of the same age and abilities to perform together at competitions, community events, and recitals.
We have 5 age groups for our competitive teams: Minis (6-9yrs), Juniors (9-11yrs), Preteens (11-12yrs), Teens (12-14yrs), and Seniors (14+).
For lyrical teams, dancers must take at least one Jazz class and two Ballet classes each week as well as attend team rehearsals. For hip hop teams, dancers must take at least one Jazz or Hip Hop class as well as team rehearsals. Tumbling/gymnastics classes are also highly recommended.
