Hooping exercises over 30 core muscles.Not only does your body benefit, hooping also improves balance, improves flexibility, posture, dexterity,  increases coordination, tones and reshapes the abdomen, buttocks, and legs with regular use, provides an alternative to going to a gym and is accessible to people of all ages. Hooping is cardio without counting. Hooping is a low-impact, high-energy workout that can burn approximately 400 - 600 calories in an hour.
